Do a 'view source' and you'll see the actual secure page is actually contained in a frame. Poor design, but at least they are using SSL.

Hi Klaus.

You shouldn't have to explicitly put anything in "Custom 4". All that should be handled within the plugin itself.

I am hoping to put a video tutorial on Youtube over the next few days... I will comment here when that's available.

It's a Gift Horse thing. If that special someone expects a goddamn birthday present next year, then that special someone will take the goddamn contact lenses and that special someone will like them, dammit!
